Kate is an accomplished CEO/Director with extensive domestic and International experience heading up companies and working as a consultant, a track record as a high achiever in fast-paced environments. Utilising excellent decision-making and communication skills, Kate has excelled in dynamic, demanding environments, while remaining pragmatic and focused.
A results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and strategy development and with a successful track record of growing revenues and profits, whilst spearheading operational improvements, driving productivity and reducing costs.
Kate is a qualified Trainer, most recently achieving a QQI Grade 6 ‘Distinction’ qualification to demonstrate her continued commitment to personal development and ensuring that her skills continue to be contemporary.

Simon allies’ natural communication and listening skills with strengths of being able to identify and generate business opportunities – and then have the focus to follow those ideas through to success. Designing and implementing business process improvements, developing better internal and external relationships to further goals and objectives.
As an experienced practitioner in both civil and criminal law, Simon also provides an extra layer of security and clarity around his decision-making.
