She trained me how to become a good leader with sound strategic thinking. The importance of clear communication with the ability to see the big picture. Setting smart achievable goals to ensure company growth and the achievement of budgets. The ability to manage human resource effectively and able to identify the best candidates internal and external for key positions. She also trained how to manage finances and make informed decisions about where to allocate resource and how to grow the company. Her marketing skills are excellent through creation and distribution of products including innovative ideas that made the company stand out from its competitors. Succession planning is a key business skill and to this day it is part of the bed rock that I bring into play into my own business thanks to Kate.
